This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit amadeasupply.com or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Fonts, images and video are served from our own website, not from third-party services.
- We only receive personal data if you choose to email us.
What we process and why
1. Technical data when you visit the site.
When your browser loads a page, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information that every website receives: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the date and time, and the referring page. This is used only to deliver the website to you, keep it secure and fix technical problems.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
2. When you email us.
If you write to hello@amadeasupply.com, we receive your email address, name and anything you include in your message. We use this only to reply and to handle your enquiry, including any business relationship that follows from it.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. We use these service providers:
- Google (Firebase Hosting) hosts this website and processes the technical data described above on our behalf. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google (Google Workspace) provides our email and stores the messages you send us. The same safeguards for transfers outside the EEA apply.
We may also disclose data where required by law, for example to public authorities.
How long we keep it
- Technical hosting data is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention practices, and is not kept by us.
- Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax rules).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg). You can also complain in the EU country where you live or work.
